Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Warehouse District. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–8 business days unless otherwise stated during a product release or pre-order period. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume releases, launches, or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once a package has been shipped, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate before completing their purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited nature of our releases and inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason other than receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

Please review all sizing information, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Warehouse District, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Items reported outside of the stated timeframe may not qualify for replacement.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after agreeing to our final sale policy may be contested with supporting documentation, including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Acceptance of store policies at checkout
